Receiptoz ("we", "our", or "the app") is an offline-first Android application designed to help organizations manage member payments, donations, expenses, and receipts. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own servers. The following data is collected and stored only on your device:

If you sign in with Google and enable the backup feature, the app will upload a compressed
(ZIP) copy of your local database and receipt images to your own Google Drive (in the private
appDataFolder — invisible to other apps and not visible in your Drive file browser).
Backups are not encrypted beyond the access controls provided by Google Drive itself.
We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store locally: your Google user ID, display name, email address, and profile photo URL. This data is used only to identify you within the app and to authenticate Google Drive access.
We do not share your Google account information with any third party. Google's use of your sign-in data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

When you log out, your authentication token is cleared. Your organizational data and settings are retained on the device so they are available when you sign in again.
Receiptoz is intended for use by organizations and their administrators. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
